Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Agri Seva application for purchasing agricultural inputs and outputs from Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs). By placing an order, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

User Eligibility

• Users must register with valid information.
• Providing false details may result in account suspension or termination.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless mentioned.
• Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.

Product Quality

• Products are listed and described by respective FPOs.
• Users are advised to check products at the time of delivery.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours.

Delivery & Shipment Policy

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Timeline: Delivery is typically completed within 5–10 working days depending on location.
• Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Issues: Issues such as delayed, damaged, or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Failed Delivery: Incorrect address or unavailability may cause delays or additional charges.
• Force Majeure: Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport, or government restrictions) are beyond Agri Seva’s control.

Prohibited Use

• No unauthorized resale of products.
• No fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform.

Termination & Jurisdiction

• Agri Seva reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
