Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- Technical errors during transaction
- Service not delivered as committed
- Incorrect subscription or service activation due to system issue
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Services already delivered or accessed
- Digital advisory, reports, or training once utilized
- User dissatisfaction without valid reason
- Failure to use the service after purchase
- Partial usage of subscription/services
Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be raised within 3–7 days of the transaction
- Requests beyond this period may not be entertained
